How can I save money on Auto Insurance?

That is a great option. But remember, price is only part of the equation. You want an agent who gives service, provides sound advice and a carrier that is highly rated.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
To reach out to my existing clients and attract new clients.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
April 2007. It is an insurance website. My first site can be found at http://www.choicearizona.com. My second site is http://www.grandcanyonquotes.com. Both help Arizona consumers save money on car and home insurance, but in slightly different methods.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
One of my sites had the name Arizona and the word Choice. It sounded appropriate. Arizona residents have a choice when it comes to insurance. My other site is Grand Canyon Quotes. We are an Arizona company giving insurance quotes. It made sense.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
I include a blog on both my sites that gives free advice on insurance topics.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
I will build my business for the long term. When I retire perhaps one of my children will take it over.,
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
God, family, business in that order. Balancing success is a matter of making sure I keep these in order of priority.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Not sure I would. I would have to think about it more.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Absolutely. I can hire more people who want to make a good living.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
In insurance, and especially as an independent insurance agency, there is alot to know and learn.
What has been your biggest challenge?
I handle so many different companies. Each has different sets of rules. It's not always easy.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
I do SEO work. It's done well for me.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It has exceeded my expectations.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
My site has been up 6 months and will be up as long as I own the company.
What is the best to save on Auto Insurance?
There are captive companies and independent agencies. Captive companies only represent ONE carrier. Independent agencies represent many companies. It does not take a rocket scientist to understand the more companies you shop with the better your chance of finding a better rate. That is an Independent Insurance Agency in a nutshell.
