A need to serve my clients more efficently

How did you decide on a name for your website?
I have the rights for the 1-800-INSURANce phone number for the state of Connecticut.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
The fact that we specialize in health insurance, are local, work with all Connecticut companies, and the fact that you can talk with an agent with over 20 years of experience.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To keep the website and continue to have it support my brokerage
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I have a tremendous investment in time in my agency and website, but I love working for myself.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I'd offer other lines of insurance such as life insurance.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, but I would be forced to hire outside of my family. Right now it is just my son and myself.

Changing technology

Learning programming.

Getting my site ranked with Google.

More time consuming.

I've had this site since 2003 and will continue to keep it for the forseable future.
