What inspired you to launch your own website?
We are here to help people obtain quality insurance coverage from A rated insurance companies and our online applications should help our customers to save time.

We're committed to high quality service. We're uniqe, becasue most of our transactions are paperless, except when required by local, state, and federal law. Paperless Group is a holding of companies, working in paperless environment.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
There is very limitted number of companies offering same services like Paperless Insurance Services. We receive information online, process information online, deliver quotes online, send application onlines, receive and process online payments, and communicate/service online. We do have fax machine to receive incoming faxes. We send mail too. But we strive to limit paper circulation.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
100% customer satisfaction with our products and services. As active consumers, we offer only products and services from insurance companies we trust.

We are a group of professionals who invest a lot of time in customer satisfaction. And it pays back.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
There are more to add to our website to improve servicing of our clients. Currently we're working a new website interface to increase customer satisfaction and simplify the whole process of becoming insured.

Yes: we want our customers to be happy with us, that's why we pro-active.
